📦 Returns & Exchanges

Since most of our products are customized or made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size, design, or quantity selected during checkout
  • Duplicate or accidental orders
  • Compatibility issues with dĂ©cor or wall space
  • Customized or personalized products

We kindly request you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly help resolve the issue.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging

After verification, we may offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund (if replacement is unavailable)

đź“® Packaging Damage

If the package appears heavily damaged during delivery, we recommend refusing the package and informing the courier immediately.

If a visibly damaged package is accepted, replacement or refund eligibility may be limited.


đź’ł Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Once production or shipping has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
